THERMAL PASTE FUNCTIONS
The thermal paste function is to transmit heat from the processor to the heatsink and also cover the still blemishes. The heatsink surface and processor are not fully flat then Thermal Paste is required to maximize heatsink cooling. How to use Thermal Paste is easy, just stay at the top of the processor equally.
Logically can be seen below,
Heatsink and Processor need to be attached to maximized heat transfer, but in fact the surface of both objects is not fully flat, Thermal Paste works to cover blank space for everything to stick and heat transfer process will be better.
TIPS CHOOSE THERMAL PASTE
- Finding High Thermal Conductivity is usually the unit is W / m-K.
- The weak conductor properties.
- Long lasting.
